Options Wine Merchants Pty Ltd is responsible for marketing and selling some of Australia and New Zealand’s most respected and sought-after wines. We differentiate ourselves with our innovation, organisational culture and quality service.

The company has established its head office and warehouse in the trendy Adelaide suburb of Norwood. The warehouse is temperature controlled for the correct storage of the wines. Options has commissioned a fleet of refrigerated vehicles - the first of their kind in Australia for wine transport direct to the retail and ‘on premise’ customer. We employ the most up to date technology available to keep both our Winery principals and Customers informed via our integrated reporting systems and website.

Creating the right culture in a business is something that often eludes larger businesses, so we see this as a prime differentiator. We believe over time we have established an excellent culture with our foundation values being integrity, respect, trust, excellence, open communication and teamwork.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and always try to exceed expectations. Orders are nearly always delivered same or next day, often within hours. We have a large team of exceptional sales representatives who are respected by their peers.

What started as a one-woman business 11 years ago has grown into the largest independent wine distributor in South Australia. The company sells more than 70,000 cases of wine each year throughout South Australia and Northern Territory.

Our Founder, Deborah Kingsbury, attributes the company’s ongoing success to its major focus on the ‘on premise’ sector which she says is the "shop window for the brand".

We recognise the significant impact restaurants, hotels and clubs have in marketing wines to the consumer, and we have structured our business operations accordingly. We set ourselves apart from our competition by building up relationships with our customers so that we enhance the reputation and profile of both our company and the wineries we represent.
