Variety/Blend: Verdelho Organically grown 100%

Harvest: 22nd of February 2004 @ 13.0 Be' all hand picked.

Fermented: Barossa Vintners

Oak: None

Analysis: Alcohol 13.2%, pH 3.5, SO2 13PPM (free),
SO2 103PPM (total). 3 gm/lt of residual fruit sugar.

Description: Light straw in colour with a pineapple lime grapefruit aroma. A fresh lifted palate with good natural acid to balance the natural sweetness, leaving a crisp finish. Sauvignon Blanc in style but with the flesh of a good unwooded Chardonnay. Drink know.

Food: Summer Salads and fruits or try with a spicy Thai dish.
