Notes	Blackbilly Pinot Gris 2012 Light golden hue, soft green tints, interesting aromas quince, nashi pear & citrus/lemon flower with a richer, slightly oily background. A little soft cheese character, softer palate weight showing balanced residual sugar & lower acidity. Broader flavours of citrus and bread with a fresh, clean finish. Will develop further fatness with short term cellaring. A drink now style, preferably with food. Try sushi, Thai or Indian.
