Notes	Forester Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2011 Colour: Pale straw / yellow Aroma: Ripe and intense aromas of white peach, gooseberry and passionfruit. There is a lime and floral component which lifts the aromatics, along with typical herbaceous characters of grass and thyme. Palate: A long and textured palate with refreshing acidity. Showing ripe fruits of white peach, nectarine and passionfruit with fresh citrus characters. There are hints of grass and thyme with a long crisp finish
