PALATE All that blush stone fruit is lifted by a bright natural acid profile which is appealing in the mouth, and complemented by lifted, ripe honey dew melon which lingers on the palate. This prettiness and delicacy is underpinned by lovely light textural elements, contributing structure to make this wine a great food match. Gentle French oak handling shines through light spicy and toasty notes, and for the first time in 2021 you see delightful layering of yeasty lees and a subtle creaminess, attributed to a partial malo funking this baby right up.
