Pike & Joyce Optimiste Shiraz 2021 is about to hit our warehouse.  Formerly a cellar door only release we will now have limited stocks available. 

With fruit driven aromas of wild blackberries, raspberry liqueur and red liquorice mixed with cinnamon and white pepper, the cool vineyard site shines brightly. Whispers of charry oak playing a subtle role in the background. The palate is concentrated and intriguing and sits rich and lush in the mouth, yet displays bright flavours of fresh blackberry, mulberry and raspberry. Classy, fine-grained tannins from whole berry vinification round out the finish with style.
